What was the house rule for the duelling?
-
basically there was a scrum down between characters ...who had there own stats with random activations and glory pointsbdor different actions......the characters were then able to join a unit as normal....Pete devised it, worked quite wel

We used the elite stat line for the leaders with a bit of diluting down for nobles/priests etc. Leaders had enchanted weapon and mystical armour and nobles/ priest chose one or the other. They had 6/5/4 wounds respectively and each rolled six attacks.
The only thing we should have done differently is start with the main forces further away so the characters had more time to duke it out before the back up arrived.
