Martin, Adam, Mike and Alex played their second round Blood Bowl matches.
Martin's Fiends of Excess faced up against Adam's Heldenhammer Rovers. A one sided affair finished 3-0 to Martin and left Adam with only three active players on the pitch, and several player deaths among the 7 casualties inflicted by Martin.
The match between Mike's Punch Suckers and Alex's Moon Town Ratz was much more closely contested. In the end it finished with a 1-1 draw, but Alex suffered a late flurry of casualties meaning Mike, like Martin inflicted 7 casualties on his opponent.
Rik, Shaun and I manned the painting tables. Shaun continued painting his Orcs, assembly line style while Rio based up his Plague Marines, and generally had fun with his souped up static grass applicator.
Brian, Alex, Steve and Anita progressed onto Carpe Diem, followed by Terraforming Mars.
This was Alex's last visit to the club. She's heading across the pond to start her new life in Washington DC with Russ. Good luck Alex.
