I've gone and treated myself to two 15mm DR forces today from Copplestone and Alternative Armies. I can't really afford 28mm tbh!

15mm is the future, it keeps Joann from flipping out over the amount of terrain spilling from the cupboards!
-
True Alan, can fit more in a box file!!! Individualy basing them so can use them for other systems like song of blades and heroes as well
-
If you base them on pennies, there are companies out there that make movement trays with penny sized holes for larger battles.
Plus, most pennies have a steel core so you can keep them in place with a magnetic sheet.

I have done Alan thanks, ordered them from warbases and 1p, 2p.and 30mm round bases as well. Pennies for infantry, 2ps for cavalry and small monsters like ogres and the 30mm ones for giant's and dragons!

Ace! I’ll see you down the club for Song of Blades and Heroes/Kings of War!!

Great. I've still got my kow rule books, I used to play it alot in my native land of Yorkshire in 28mm. Was very popular at the club I used to go to.

It’ll take me a while to paint up enough for KOW, I barely can slap paint on quickly enough for Blood Bowl/Dreadball!
I’ll get the KOW rules out tonight for a re-read.
