    For anyone interested.

I have put together a bit of a mini campaign, 4 firefight scenarios and a larger grim dark battle.

The campaign will be orks vs humans, I have forces for both.

Each of the firefight games will have special rules and victory conditions that determine how events unfold for the larger battle.

    Firefight scenarios:

    1. Masacre at snap jaw creek.

    2. Drover's canyon supply run.

    3. Black Ork down.

    4. Summits up.

The final game will centre round the local space port "ork's drift" with the human forces looking to hold out against the ork onslaught, awaiting the arrival of a relief force.

If you are interested in playing either the ork or human forces then let me know.

I will be looking to start the games around 1 o'clock ish.

Thanks pete, I managed to get a PDF of the rules, both books so i have had a look

    Army standard light armour 83pts

Just painting up another 24 iberians but may take you up on the offer of the warband if I don't get finished.

If they don't get done we can proxy in something else, Mitch. I remember when Alex ran a Bolt Action game and forgot a USA tank so proxied a building for it^^. Maybe not as extreme as that!

I like the idea of 6 buildings, would that count as mobile cover i wonder :/

    current Iberian forces

    2 light infantry

    2 light cavalry

    1 heavy infantry / warband

    4 skirmishers

I have another 2 units of heavy infantry on the paint desk and some flaming pigs in the post 🔥🐷

I am good with any of those, if we wanted to play One page rules, I could dig out the random mission cards and we could try those out as a different game format?

I can also bring the orks and guard if we need a few different forces.

The Picts would have made off with more, however we where already loaded down with loot from our previous engagements.

Also running short of crossbow bolts, slightly hampered the effort as the elite Pictish units where still removing them from the last lot of romano brits they came across.

Got to apologise for the dice, one particular bad example was needing a 6, 7 and 8 for three rally tests in the same turn and rolling the exact amounts needed for all three units. 😅

    Good game as always.

Thanks Pete, this is similar to what i had read. The iberians I have I think are more the eastern tribes like you said so it seems running as light infantry, light cav, warband, skirmishers and slingers is the way to go, with maybe some options to represent the abilities to fight in rough terrain.

yep I will be down around tea time, I will bring the goblins, that way we can do either if Steve is about.

Hi Aaron and welcome to the forum.

For warhammer if your looking at age of sigmar games there aren't many going on at the moment, although if your looking to try some games out I do have some goblins kicking about, although I normally play a rule set called dragon rampant which is warhammer light and great fun.

If your interested in warhammer 40k then I have a lot more experience with that and could happily give you an intro game.

Most mini games are played on a sunday. I am on my holidays until 21st may, but if you fancy a game let me know.

There are a few gas lands players as well, although that's usually played on a Friday when games are arranged.

If you wanted to arrange a game of that then maybe pop along on a Friday night and meet a few people is the best way to go.

For anyone interested we will be looking at running a multi-player game of dragon rampant later today. If you fancy it let me know so I can tweak the scenario to suit the number of players.

Really enjoyed this game Pete, great rule set and the random resource points make for an interesting game.

If only I had realised the lethality of rifles against tanks sooner.
