The Napoleonic Rabit hole -Prussians WIP

Having said I wouldn’t do Napoleonics for a long time I’ve taken the plunge with a Prussian force for Rebels and Patriots. Starting with a box of Perrys Line infantry and Wargames Atlantic Reserve Infantry. I have also had a donation of British Line and Cannon from Chris giving me more than enough for a force.

First up are the Prussian Reserves from Wargames Atlantic. I was a bit dubious if the quality would be good but it’s definitely there and one box contains a whopping 60 figures. Sadly they don’t come with bases but I can live with that given the quantity.

It has taken a couple of hours of clean up but the figures are two or three parts and assembled fast giving me 5 units of line for the rules. No officers or banners but these are not a necessity for the rules anyhow and could always be added later with some Perrys metals.

That would be awesome Bri just to lift the units they are very ‘monotone’

A little bit more progress today with the command and Jägers assembled from The Perry’s line infantry set. I’ve had to stop due to waiting on more glue. 30 figures left to go for these.

Randomly the plastic is softer on these that the Wargames Atlantic and the separate backpacks slow clean up and assembly time a lot. That being said I will still get an additional 4 units out of this when done. (3 more line and one skirmished unit).
