With the prints from Andy and Barry and some parts from the bits box I've put together the following
Centurion /Delegatus as HQ. 2x 10 tac Marines, 1 x 10 Assault Squad, 1x 5 sniper scouts, 1x 5 shotgun scouts,1x medic, 1x Contemptor.
Just need to get the 5 x shotgun scouts and that's 1000pts + of Blackshields. I was thinking of the Gerasene Host. Unstable, unsanctioned geneseed hybrids of unknown lineage who fought with and against all sides. What's not to like.
they've come up really nice
there are some rules if you want them in the Beta garmon book. Should be in file base
I thought I had posted a comment on them this morning from my phone, but I don't see it here.
Those 3D printed figures are very impressive, even before the painting !
If you're starting wargaming now, you should buy a 3D printer before a paintbrush
A Dreadnought and 6 missile Marines with a Sargent.
the arms race inevitably continues....
That tank looks really good but I trump your Contemptor and tank with a Black Shield techmarine with Artificer Armour, Servo Harness, Power Axe, Master crafted bolter, Cognis Signum and I'm sure I can find him a Cyber Familiar.
And if the techmarine isn't deployed with a squad then he needs deploying with his group of little (lobotomised) helpers.
The Black Shields Indomitus boys.
Finally a rag tag squad of Despoilers using many different bits to give that second hand look.
Fingers crossed the Helpers have been lobotomised correctly....otherwise......ewwww!
