Thanks to a couple of friends motivating me back into miniature gaming I have pulled down my Eldar army out of the loft and have purchased the new codex and data cards.
As some people know I went right of miniature gaming because of A*AL A*RSE h*LES min maxing the games to the point of zero enjoyment for me so only looking to game with a set number of people when I am ready.
-
Really good paint job on that one. I can see you enjoyed painting it.

there are my blood bowl teams in the storage at the club for club members to use, orcs included and if you have a chat with Alan(valis) he is always looking for more people to join the blood bowl leagues he keeps running.
Craig is about to run a frostgrave campaign which is an osprey rule set if you fancy joining in that to see what you think.

the forces of Ming grow mighty.

Just the five of us tonight at the club.
Craig taught me how to play Frostgrave as I continue my rediscovery of miniature gaming.
Close up of the warbands entering the ruined building as Skeletons keep forming out the ground to attack anyone nearby in a brutal but close game.Really enjoyed my first game.
Ste teaches Chris how to use his new Air brush and how to maintain it.
Andy continues with his shadespire warbands
Happy gaming everyone.

Good mix of board games, miniature games and painting and modelling at the club this evening.
All the painters together, they look an anti-social lot but plenty was said as projects were being painted/built.
Andy started painting his Stormshire's Cursebreakers.
Mike continued with his Napoleonic British force.
Rick keeps plowing with his Chaos nurgle space marines for Kill team/40K.
Ste starts building a plane, must say he looked quite the expert when pegging it together.
Whats this ??? Old school warhammer! It is Skaven versus Empire but with the popular Dragon Rampant rules.
I joined in a fun 3 player game of Boomtown with Rick and Dave which Rick won but he's not gloating about it.
Other games where played and I was first to leave around 10pm with everyone else still in full flow.
Happy gaming everyone

First Sunday night at the club of 2019 and Craig,Andy and Ian got there new year gaming going with a three way Shadespire.
Close up of the game with Ian's undead playing piggy in the middle .
bwyan,Peter,Mike,Zardog and myself manned the painting tables with the aim of getting more forces ready for 2019
Mike was busy getting some medieval tutonic knights assembled for various uses but mainly as cleric knights in the D&D campaigns
Both Peter and Bwyan were cracking on with their American war of independence figures in anticipation of the imminent release of the new rules by opsrey called The American Revolution 1774–1783
Pictures of Zardog were deleted as we know children and the frail may be looking, sorry folks.
happy gaming.
